Maple Manor Health Care & Rehabilitation is a health care facility located in Rochester, Minn., Established in 1964, the organization specializes in individualized multidisciplinary care planning services, on-going assessment of each resident's needs and short-term respite care services. It also offers active volunteer programs as well personalized meal and snacks service. The rehabilitation center is licensed by the Department of Health and an approved Veterans Administration contract facility. Maple Manor Health Care & Rehabilitation is a part of the Maple Manor Nursing Home.
