Not all martial arts schools are created equal. If you're looking for a school to truly study the "art" in martial arts, discipline the mind and body, this is the place. I have been studying here for over 2-1/2 years, and this place has impacted my life in a tremendous, positive way. It's more than just self-defense, it's a way of life. Sifu Brown and this school are incredible!

I've been studying with Sifu Brown, Mr. Donahue and Mr. Scott for over a year. I can't say enough about the quality of the instruction and the environment in both the Rochester and Berkley dojos. I am very particular when it comes to education (I have two Masters degrees and one Bachelor's degree, so I am well-schooled.) If you want to learn the practical skills of martial arts (kung fu and t'ai chi - I do both) and strengthen your mind/spirit at the same time, this place is for you. Plus, the other students are kind, smart, and fun! Great for kids and adults.
