Deborah's Stage Door Center
General Info
The Deborah's Stage Door Center For The Performing Arts is one of the premier art centers in Michigan. Established in 2004, it provides a variety of dance and performing arts programs. The center offers dance programs in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, rhythm tap and hip-hop. It provides rhythm classes for preschool students. Deborah's Stage Door Center For The Performing Arts also trains children and adults in voice, piano, guitar and acting fields. The center has national award winning competition dance groups, performing arts and ballet companies, competitive cheer teams and show choirs. In addition, it hosts birthday parties for children up to the age of 12. Deborah's Stage Door Center For The Performing Arts offers various educational field trips throughout the year and maintains locations in Rochester Hills and Shelby Township, Mich.

The recitals are far too long if you have a little one in her class. Deborah needs to have a recital strictly for her family members since she features them in 90% of the show and that is clearly what it is all about. She can have her 3 hour recital starring them, but to do that to the 3, 4 and 5 year olds and all their family members waiting to see them in one little routine, to suffer through 2 hours of her family members before your 4 yr. grandchild comes on is ridiculous. I wouldn't recomend her class to anyone unless you are related to her.
This is a wonderful studio. My children have taken dance and acting here for 6 years. The teaching staff is incredibly professional and warm. I am amazed at how much my kids have learned. Would recommend this studio to anyone!
