We are a consultant Pharmacy service operated by Doctors of Pharmacy providing Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services. Our goal is to work with patients and their providers to reduce medication related problems and optimize the beneficial effects of medication therapy. Preventing major medication complications and large dollar medical expenditures due to medication related problems.
