This guy is a JOKE! Made a service call to my house and didn't have the right parts. He taped up he electrodes because the porcelain was cracked, changed the filter and charged me $180.00 only to have it break down again in two days. When I called him back, he told me that he still doesn't have the parts and when I expressed my concerns about being billed for a second service call, he hung up on me. Stay away from this guy!

KRT has done my furnace cleaning for the past couple of years, this morning Ken shows up and immediately calls me downstairs. He shows me inside my furnace and the inspection cover is laid on top of my pump and says the pin that holds it has rotted off. He tells me the whole thing is cooked and i need a $4400 dollar replacement, no harm no foul IF that is what happened. I grab a flashlight and start looking and what do i find? The attachment pin, intact and in a spot that would have been impossible to have fallen off and onto. I called him up to come back and look but before I can tell him exactly what I found he becomes defensive and "guarantees" his technician hadn't left it off. Sounds guilty to me, not to mention he removed his inspection tag that had the previous service history dates on it. Glad I still got my receipts, this place is a joke and no where close to a reputable company if they can't stand behind their mistakes.
