Lorra r!! Jojo is one of the best cashiers and you had a huge attitude and yelled f*** you and yelled "it's not my fAult" as you walked out. Talk about having an attitude of a 2 year old ...
extremely rude cashier JoJo today in the Rochester Hills store. She didn't know and could not tell how the discounts were given and got very rude to me telling me "it's Not my problem" go see a manager..."i don't care" and laughing. and repeated it and laughed at my frustration. Their system does not show what you are getting a discount just a total. I won't be back this experience has ruined my enjoyment. She had no respect for me or her store and is a bad example for their business. So So So very rude and the atitude was like a 2 year old.
Don't waste your money paying over $1000 for a wedding cake that isn't to spec and is falling apart.
Had a really bad experience with a wedding cake we ordered from Papa Joe's in Rochester MI. Cake was not to spec, was leaning over about to fall. More importantly, it's been over 8 weeks and 2-dozen phone calls and there's no apologies. The manager and head chief is not responsive despite promising to come back with a solution. We're still waiting for responses to our latest claim. Terrible service.
