JFC Development, LLC is a full service building and remodeling contractor. We have been designing, building, and renovating homes in SE Michingan for over 26 years. We are degreed engineers and add more to the design process than just a design. We study all possiblities and incorporate functionality and integrate it with structural integrity. We have designed and built over 400 homes in our career as well as installed over 500 kitchens and 1500 bathrooms. We are also well versed in finishing basements, building decks, relocating laundry rooms and bathrooms, building and trimming custom rooms and home theatre systems. We are truly professionals in our industry. We have won several awards from the Building Industry Association including Best Floorplan & Layout, and Best Energy Efficiency Project.
