This is the worst store! I was treated in a hostile and rude manner when I had asked to speak to a manager in charge. She claimed she was "one of the managers", and kept repeating in a rude tone of voice, "Can I help you?", over and over. I then stated that I did not appreciate this kind of attitude. Next thing, I was no longer welcome there again. No big deal, they aren't the only store in town. When I called to speak to the person in charge, he didn't even let me explain. So much for that ridiculous 'Fast, Fun, Friendly' slogan. I have worked in retail over 35 years, and customers weren't treated like this. When I've asked for items or help, some of these employees seemed bothered, when in fact, I thought that's why they're there, and getting paid. Nevertheless, I don't need to spend my money at a store whose employees are easily annoyed on their jobs, or need to talk down on whoever they choose to, and the manager only hears the employee's side. Here, the customer is NOT always right.
