I went to the Wendy's off of I35 in Robinson, Tx and I ordered a simple meal. A jr bacon cheese burger with just pickles and ketchup only. Not only was the drive thru blocked off but the lady at the counter didn't repeat my order back back & it took longer than usual. I got my meal and left. When I got home I had a burger with everything on it. I called the Wendy's back to complain and not a single person answered the phone. There was more than one person there so I know there had to be a manager to answer the phone. I would never usually give a bad review for Wendy's but this place needs to step their game up and offer free food for complaints if they're going to run their business this way.
