      Have repeatedly tried to contact someone regarding brown water coming from pipes. Was only told to flush pipes after a watermain break and repair and that was many gallons ago yesterday. Unable to contact any one else and unable to use this gross water. Am temp marathon and nothing worse than unable to bathe after working in 120 degree heat.
