Call Steve one day about a carpet repair. Described the work and he gave me a quote over the phone. Scheduled the job for the next day and he showed up on time and fixed my problem. Would recommend.

Very impressed with Mr. Durrance and his services. Called him to get a quote to restretch carpet in 3 bedrooms. After several minutes of question and answers, Mr. Durrance quoted a price. He could do this job the next day and he arrived on time. Two hours later it was completed. Very pleased with his workmanship. Mr. Durrance and his helper (Bo) also put back in place several of the heavy furniture pieces. Mr. Durrance was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we asked. My wife and I were both pleased with the work done. The actual bill was less than the quoted price. We would use this company again.

I contacted Mr. Durrance on Wednesday to come to my home to stretch existing carpet that had significant ridges and other issues. He came on Thursday, surveyed the issues and provided immediate solutions for correcting the problem. He was able to handle all issues in about 4 hours or less. He was very professional and did a quality job. He is the type of person you enjoy working with.

I would highly recommend Mr. Durrance. He was very responsive when I called, came to measure the next day, and had it installed the following week. The carpet looks great. Had an upstairs floor which creaked terribly when walking in certain places. Called and around to floor company's and most cut me off when they learned I did not want to buy new flooring. Steve took the time to listen to my problem, gave me a ball park. Next day Steve came to the house made the repairs to perfection and charged me "LESS" than his ball park figure. Steve's work was excellent......

Steve repaired a patch in my carpet caused by my dog trying to "open" a door - he was prompt, polite and did a superb job concealing the seams in the doorway. I would recommend Steve if there is a floor job you need repaired.

Steve, did a great job! He called back, he showed up, and he did it right the first time! I know this is all what you would expect, but here in Roanoke it has not been my experience. I've been trying to get help to remodel a condo for over a year, trust me, a lot of service people here really need to go out of business.

Steve installed a carpet, stretched three more, and installed laminate wood flooring on the hallway that linked it all together (a hallway with six doorway/transitions and some diagonal walls). It took about three days to do, and I really cannot find any flaws. Friendly and very exacting.I can recommend him with no reservations.

I used Steve to do some carpet stretching in our hallway and two of the bedrooms. He did an excellent job. He was very professional. Our carpet never looked this good. It was such as eye sore because of all of the ripples. It has made such a difference in how our upstairs looks now.
