Patrick Henry High School offers a variety of educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades nine through 12. The school is located in Roanoke, Va., and is affiliated with the Roanoke City Public Schools. It is a public school that has an enrollment of more than 1,700 students. It offers subjects, including English, fine arts, mathematics, science, history, geography, government, computers and physical education.
