      General Info
      Dr. Megan Severson attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Medical Microbiology and Immunology. She then moved to Houston, Tx to attend medical school at Baylor College of Medicine where she earned her M.D. in 2014. She continued her training at the University of Alabama - Birmingham where she completed a general orthopedic surgery residency and decided to pursue subspecialty training in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery. She is fellowship trained in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery, having completed her Fellowship at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego, CA. Dr. Severson treats a wide variety of pediatric conditions including but not limited to clubfoot, hip dysplasia, limb length discrepancies, fractures/trauma, limb deformity, sports injuries, and neuromuscular conditions. Dr. Severson and her husband live in Roanoke with their feisty 2 lb dog and giant, fluffy cat. She is a fan of the UW Badgers.
