WATCH OUT BEWARE-we took our elderly dog there once and told them very specially what we needed which was minor and older dogs get non cancerous moles sometimes as anyone even without a degree knows. We had these moles checked already by two other vets elsewhere whom said to leave them alone & to remove them was just for looks & not needed. We came to get our dog & they burned off approx.20 of moles without our permission. Our old dog was bleeding & traumatized trembling & wounds oozing. She just went in for her teeth cleaned & they had our phone # & did not even call and ask us first. We had a huge BILL & a wounded dog. We have raised dogs for over 30yrs. & never dealt with such an unprofessional clinic. PETS LOVERS PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR HEART AND WALLET & DO NOT STEP THRU THESE DOORS.

Do not take your pet to this place. They will milk you dry for every dime you have, as they manufacture illness that your dog doesn't have. They will perform needless operations that will require your pat to be on medication. They will manufacturing problems and tell you that your dog needs a special diet food that they will sell you as your dog continues to get sicker each day, which will require further medical treatment. And when family members contact them to inquire about the well being of the dog, they will provide you with any information as to whether the dog has been euthanize. I repeat do not go any where near this place. Save your money

I would like to thank the staff for helping me out today. I took my very sick dog to the clinic and only had a hundred dollars to my name. They found someone that donated the money i needed for test, medication, and treatment. The staff and vet were respectful, warm, and caring. They made sure my dog got the best care regardless of the cost. I honestly don't know what I would have done if they hadn't helped me. So, thank you and God Bless your staff and the person who donated money to Pooh Bear to aid in her treatment and recovery. Thank you from Reba Ball
