This is for the Arrington's Towing Service & Auto Repair (they also go by Gator Tow) in Troutville, VA. Just like the other reviewer said in a review almost two years ago, they are still price gouging and are rude over the phone and in person. There seems to be a husband and wife running this place and both of them are rude, nasty and clearly unhappy with life. They even had their granddaughter (or maybe she was their daughter) there doing work for them on the computer. The young girl can see how nasty they are but she's probably used to it. The man/husband said that it took two wreckers to get my car out, but the gleam in his eye made me think right away that he is lying so that he can get more money. Then I heard him on the phone with a customer needing a wrecker and the owner was a complete jerk to the guy on the phone. Do they not realize that the people are in bad situations and their nasty attitudes and actions don't help. Oh I also heard the owner tell the man that they don't care about the customers from the neck below, that they only care about above the neck (?!?!?!) I think he really meant they only care about the wallet and how they can scam you out of paying more money. As the saying goes "misery loves company". Call a different towing company and if you have to do it through the police have them send the car to another towing company. Please do everything you can to avoid doing business with Arrington's Towing Service/Gator Tow.
