This man saved me. Unfortunately, I bought 2 Acorn chairlifts before I looked at much about this. Like that there is no place to leave reviews, they are overcharging and then want me to pay $600.00 every YEAR to be under their "service contract." Well, I ran over something and messed up one of the motors so much that smoke came out of it. Mark is a sensible, kind, mechanical person who you can trust in your house, unlike the Acorn salespeople! NEVER let them in your home. Mark charged me $180.00 to fix it rather than the $1200 I would have had to spend at least this year just to get Acorn to come to my house. Mark is the MAN!!! You will save thousands and thousands of dollars just choosing Mark.
