Was under contract for maintenance with another company who wanted $1100 to pump out my system --said they had to dig "risers." Called Cruse for second estimate and Cruse told me "you already have the risers, you just need it pumped." The cost was $750. Glad I called Cruse or I would have been totally taken advantage of and would have been charged an extra $350 for something I already have. I am switching to have these guys do my septic maintenance contract the moment my current contract expires. Good honest service.
