My daughter is a student in Wilmington, NC and we live near Charlottesville, Virginia. Imagine my fear when she calls from the side of the extremely busy I-95 with a flat tire. I taught my daughters to change a tire but in this case the screw holding the jack in was quite rusty and she couldn't get it out. "All Tow" to the rescue. Found the number in the phone book and called. James anwered, he was personable, sounded professional. He was on the scene very quickly. Had the tire change quickly and we later spoke on the phone so I could pay the bill, which by the way very fair. What a pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation. Thanks All Tow.
