This review is my way to provide NEGATIVE information regarding this company. My receptacle is scheduled for pickup on every Friday. After placing my receptacle near the road on Thursday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. as I do every Thursday JIMBILL failed to empty my receptacle on Friday, August 24th, 2012. I called on Friday left a complaint on voicemail, no contact or response. Called twice on Monday and once on Tuesday and was told by the staff employee that a dispatch had been given to the driver to empty my receptacle on each of those days. Now at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday night it still has not been emptied! This company has NO CONCERN for their clients but want their money for service on time and in full each quarter of billing! I'm sure their closed tomorrow and Thursday due to Hurricane Isaac so that will be their next excuse! This company not only fails to meet their committment to their clients but also lies to their clients when they fail in their business!!! Company NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
