My experience with Hydro Engineering has been ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. 3 years ago we were sold a brand new $7000 system but the owner Larry Neff. We have had nothing but problems continually for for 3 years. The owner never calls or handles things directly, but sends his "technicians" and poorly qualified people to fix problems that never get fixed. Our water is Black, our toilets are black, I cannot cook clean or bathe in our water, and after todays attempt to fix and ongoing problem of 3 years we now have NO WATER AT ALL. This is now a health and safety issue and I will be calling my lawyer. As a small business owner myself, I am astonished at how Larry Neff never puts himself in the line of fire with us, and send his office manager to handle all the problems. I WOULD NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS RECOMMEND HIM OR THIS COMPANY. The worst professional experience I have ever had.
