Originally established in 1955, Newbold Construction, Inc has been committed to rendering quality construction and subperb customer service from the very beginning. Mr. Alfonso Newbold Sr. was one of first Registered African American Contractors in the State of Florida. A reknown Certified Building Inspector, he was responsible for the threshold inspections completed on the 20 story luxury condo unit "Tiara" located on Singer Island in Palm Beach, Florida. In addition he was a prime inspector on the newly erected downtown "City Place" development in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 2002, he and his son Alfonso Newbold Jr, incorporated their family owned construction company with the Department of State. Alfonso Newbold Jr. has been a lifetime resident of Palm Beach County and had been the official owner operator of the company since 1995.
