Your Body Change operates from a private studio in Riverview, the setting is discreet and personable ensuring that members in 1:1 or small group programs feel comfortable at all times. A large percentage of our members come to us having already tried conventional gyms and fitness centres but found them intimidating and overwhelming. Our studio has friendly resources rather than confusing machinery and the colourful yet calm environment means that you feel relaxed even while working out.
