Worse post office I ever been too. They lost my letter.

25 minutes waiting on the phone on hold..... Terrible! No one ever got back to me !

Absolutely the worst p.o. I've ever dealt with. 3 appointments cancelled without notification. Automated phone system only serves certain very specific questions and getting to customer service was outrageously convoluted....pressing 0 rapidly and for a long time finally confused their phone system to the point of last resort go to customer rep. Wait time on hold for customer no-service = 40 minutes only to find out that the number on the web page goes to national customer service.

What Happen with the mail man or mail woman in our neighborhood . The post office have some many problems because the service is really bad. The mail man is always drop the mail and never pick up the mail . What he can't see the flag . And by the way this is not the first time. What wrong with him i put my mail expecting going to arrive on time and that never happen .Thanks to the mail man. By the way i don't receive my mail on time or package because all the mail go to others houses but never arrive to my house and i receive other's people mail in my mail box even packages don't belong to me across the street my neighbor it was waiting for a package and it was in my mail box when i'm taking my mail she cross and ask me if the package is for her and when i read of course it was for her and she make the comment this mail man here have to be crazy he always do the same thing to me . when i put something in the mail I REALLY NEED ARRIVE ON TIME TO THE DESTINATION. I am trying to make an appointment for my son's passport renewal but nobody picks up the phone. It keeps ringing and ringing but no answer at all!!! what should I do?

It's a rare thing for the post office to make your day, but this one did. I accidentally shipped some text books to an old address that I hadn't taken off my Amazon account. It was nearly $200 worth of books and I really needed them for my classes. After trying all other means of getting these books back I finally went to the post office with my delivery form. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get them back. The person who had them opened the boxes and lost the order forms so I can only imagine they were not intending to give them back.

I haven't received mail for a week in my own name but keep getting other people's mail. What is the problem??? I haven't recently moved, I haven't added any other names.. I just don't understand who supervises this?! Noone is helpful, they just make excuses and blame me for these faults. Now I have no idea what I haven't received or where it is. Isn't the post office supposed to be a trusted, federal institution??

Not happy with postal service, I have not received any of my forwarding mail since 4/30/11. Today is 6/20/11. I have been in contact with both offices from previous address and current address. I can't believe this.. The postmaster needs to be involved..

I completely agree with the other reviews. I also receive everyone else's mail and do not receive my own. My weekly magazines come maybe twice a month if I'm lucky. Now I haven't received any mail in a week. WHY?! Nothing has changed and I've lived here for over a year. Where is my mail??!!

You would think you have to be able to read to deliver mail. I am tired of taking my neighbor their mail sometime a few blocks away and sometime next door or down the street. No wonder I don't get some things I have ordered. Riverview Post Office on Boyette should get their mail people in a reading class. That is the people that deliver on Cocoa Beach Dr. I am very disappointed in them.
