      Allow me to introduce myself, I am Michael Finke and I am a licensed process server. I would like to introduce to you our process serving company, Service with a Smile. We will take care of your "service" needs with the philosophy that we work as a team member with you, your legal assistants, paralegals and legal secretaries. We offer regular, rush and priority service of process. We now even can write your notices and evictions in house and e-file them on your behalf! I have been successfully self-employed since the age of 26, when I opened up my first office in New Jersey in 1979, later relocated to Bradenton-Florida in 1995 and now in lovely Hillsborough County since October 2014. I have extensive business knowledge from my years of experience, and use that knowledge to my advantage in servicing my clients and their needs. Your company should rely on a process server without having to worry whether documents are being filed correctly or whether deadlines are being met. At Service with a Smile, we offer service of any type of formal court document addressed to a particular named person or entity directing them to perform or refrain from doing a certain action, from Subpoena, Summons, Writ, Order, Notice, Eviction, Foreclosure or Demand Letter. We do this in as prompt and efficient manner as possible, so as not to delay your proceedings. We also "e-file" the return-of-service form within 24 hours to the court and to your office. Additionally, our firm goes above and beyond to ensure we are meeting our clients' needs. For a regular serve we guarantee a first attempt within three days, and we are always willing to accommodate additional requests and last-minute serves. As an active member of the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers (FAPPS). I'm always involved with legislation changes and ensuring that I have the most up-to-date information on rules and regulations regarding service of process in Florida. The process server represents the beginning, middle and end of the legal process. It requires team work, and that is how we operate -- as a member of your team to ensure the best possible results.
