Finally found a decent place to get my ecig needs. Heading over during lunch today. Heard about the place from a coworker who swears by this store. Great service and good prices. Like a kid in a candy store.

Went in 2 weeks ago to buy my first E cigarette, and had NO CLUE where to start or what I wanted. The man working was so helpful, and patient. Very well priced and the store is super clean and really well decorated. I will def recommend this to my friends and will continue to shop here.

This place was FANTASTIC! I went to pick up a bottle of e-cig liquid and stayed for an hour. The owners really make you feel welcome and everyone was friendly and personable. I can't stand places with poor customer service or pushy employees. Puffs has friendly people who are happy you came in the store. I noticed that the owners knew several of the customers by name. It was an all-around great experience and I can't wait to take others there.

I love this place. unlike tobacco road who's prices are outrageous and selection is less than inadequate they have good fresh tobacco and every kind of tube you could ever want. Recently they have added e cigs to their already vast smoking inventory. If you enjoy smoking this is an oasis in a world determinedto punish you for it.

My first time there I used the large machines, but it wasn't the pipe tobacco I sampled. It was a rough, nasty smoke. So I was stuck with a carton I didn't smoke. 2nd time I was in for the cheaper cartons, big machines were broken & the small ones didn't fill the tubes. The ones I did smoke were a better flavor, but I was stuck with 50% I couldn't smoke. People were very nice & appologetic, just can't waste time on something I can't smoke. So I'm going to find a roll your own shop farther out from were I live.
