Perfection Carpet and Tile Cleaning was formed in 2018. However, I have been working in the industry for many years. I have been serving my loyal customers and providing high quality service at a great value. In 2018, I made the decision to offer my services to more people and decided to expand my customer base. Many of my new customers come from recommendations from their friends and family who have used my services. We know that we have to earn your trust and we will go above and beyond to make sure that we exceed expectations. We always show up when we say we will and work efficiently so that you can have your house back in as little time as possible. We will always treat you and your things with the utmost respect and make sure that you are comfortable with our process. We can discuss which furniture that you want moved and if there is anything that you would like us to go around. When you schedule service, we will go over the steps of each service and how long we expect each surface to take, including drying time. In most cases, drying time is as little as two hours. When you call us, we can schedule an estimate and go over the rooms and types of flooring to be cleaned. We will listen to any concerns and take note of any stains or problem areas that you would like addressed.
