Mark with Moves Plus was highly recommended to my husband and I by our real estate agent. They moved us out of the home we sold and into the new home we purchased. Upon delivery of our furniture multiple items were damaged and parts were missing. Our leather couches has patches of leather missing due to the sofa not being wrapped and stored properly. One of the legs to another couch is missing. Our patio table was broken. A tall stand alone living room lamp was broken. Our kitchen cart/ portable island leg was broken. A tall wall mirror was broken. The suctions to a glass top coffee table was missing. The leg to our couch cannot be replaced bc the company no longer carries it. We have searched multiple hardware stores and cannot find the right size suctions for the glass to our coffee table. The leather couch is not repairable. We discussed the damages with Mark from Moves Plus and agreed upon the reimbursement for lost of damages in the amount of $500.00 dollars. During this time Mark claimed a hardship asked that we give him a month to pay us and we agreed. It has now been a month and three week and all our our text and voicemail messages have been ignored. In fact when I called Mark again this morning he sent me straight to voicemail. We were more than understanding and patient with Mark and we feel very taken advantage of and will now have to pursue other means to collect the funds owed.

Mark de Villiers was very professional, he came to my home, presented an estimate that listed my requirements and an actual price. The three men who did the moving were extremely organized and proficient. My move was completed in less time than the original estimate which resulted in additional savings.
