The staff is very friendly, Dr. Sandu is amazing, one of the most positive people I have ever met. She's like Richard Simmons but without the cheeziness, she is very genuinely concerned about her patients. I lost 20 pounds in her facility and also had injections for smile lines - something I never thought I'd do but loved the results, had no bruising or swelling. I highly recommend Lotus med spa based on my experiences with them. I had a facial peel as well, the results were great after I went through the healing process, about a week. I didn't expect to have as much scabbing at first but it all went away in a few days.
