I have shared my story about this company to make everyone aware of what they did to me. First, I am not paid to post a review, I am doing this because I do not want other consumers to go through what I went through. My glove box is broken, screws are missing, my speakers go in and out, and tint is peeling. One would think that this happened over time, no in a matter of days. Audio Plus Inc. in Riverview FL worked on my vehicles. Then put stuff in my car that I did not ask for. Changed their story several times, pretended not to have receipts, but did when I found mine. Listen, if you go there, go at your own risk but BUYER BE WARNED. I will never, ever take another vehicle there, nor would I recommend anyone take their cars there. Go there at your own risk. Again, I am writing this review because I truly care about how people are treated. I am not a fake reviewer a business pays to give them five star reviews.

I will never take any of my vehicles to this location again. Tint peeling, speakers going out, parts on car broken, lies and more lies. All this in less than three months.

I purchased a new touchscreen DVD/radio for my Toyota from Audio Plus. The pricing was good, and the service was outstanding! They completed the job quickly and on time. The installation was top-notch (it looks like a factory installation). The owner (Rob) works closely with his customers, and the installer (Louis) was very personable. After the installation was complete, Louis took me to the car and went through most of the functions of the radio, which saved me a lot of time due to the many features of the device. I am going back in the Spring to get my windows tinted at Audio Plus. Highly recommended!

I took my car there after reading the positive reviews on this website. When I called, I was told on the phone that there would be a $25 fee to have my audio system looked at. I was also told that if the repairs could be made under that amount they would make them, and that if the needed repairs exceeded this amount they would call me in advance before proceeding. This sounded like a great deal so I dropped my car off on a Saturday morning. I was called an hour later and told the car was ready. I was told that the system was fine, it just needed some tweaking. When I came back to the shop I noticed they had repositioned my crossover and drilled it to the back of my subwoofer enclosure but never asked me if this was okay. And when I sat in the car to listen to the system, the guy turned it up really high as if to prove that the system sounded fine. Sounded the same to me but I figured if these "experts" didn't find any problems and it only cost $25, I'd just pay and get out of there. But when I went to the cashier they charged me $50 instead of $25. Not what was discussed on the phone with me. I should have said something then but there were other customers waiting and I really just wanted to get out of there. Two days later I had my car serviced by a couple of mechanics and they found and fixed the problem with my sound system. The wires to the rear speakers had been unplugged from the amp! They plugged them back in for me and the system was sounding great! How could a professional audio shop overlook such an obvious problem? And I was charged $50 for some drilling I never even approved. I sent them a letter a few days later before writing this review to see if they'd at least reinburse me half of my money but I never got a response. I would not recommend these guys at all. If they didn't notice two speakers were out - a problem my car mechanic diagnosed and fixed for free! - then they obviously have no place to be calling themselves car audio experts. Complete waste of time and money.
