Have used them twice before and they were honest and did a great job. Once I called them for a second opinion estimate because a faucet broke off on the outside of the house and my first estimate came in at over $600 without repairing the stucco! They repaired the faucet and the stucco for under $200. The next time I called them for a leak under the sink and they found that the hose connection just became loose. The man tightened it and didn't even charge me for a service call! I would call them anytime!

APS came to my house and preplumbed a construction project for me. I was very impressed with the care taken to insure that the project does not fail because of the plumbing. Because I knew nothing about this process, the workman took extra time explaining the positioning of the plumbing and how it would fix the construction. APS has always been there when I have needed them. I became a client of The Service Shield they offer and plumbing has only cost me $29.00 a month. They don't charge me labor or mark up the material I need. The last time I replaced a water heater from another company, it cost me over $800 seven years ago - and they didn't even pull a permit. APS changed the water heater this past year and it cost me under $300 with a permit. They were awesome and The Service Shield really did protect me. They also came out to unclog my sewer and it cost me nothing, really - zero. Stoppages don't require parts so their service was free. I highly suggest calling APS and asking them about The Service Shield. The sent me a letter telling me that they will soon be offering A/C, Heating and Electrical service soon!
