I had a gentlemen named Nick M...

I had a gentlemen named Nick Morgan come to fix my parents pool last Saturday. He was very nice, and explained to me that although it was only a $5 part it would cost $80 for him to come out. I was desperate so I agreed -he came, and 10 minutes later the pool cover was open. I (stupidly) paid him in cash he gave me his card and left. That same day after swimming we pumped all remaining water off of our pool cover then went to shut it. It only closed 1/4 of the way when the pin popped out. I called Nick and he told me he couldn't come out that day but to call him Monday. Monday morning I text him, and called him with no response. So I had my brother call him from another phone number and he answered. He told him he would go out the next day between 1 and 2 to fix it. So I waited and waited for Nick...Not only did he No Show he didn't even have the common courtesy to call or text me. DO NOT use this company. They don't even have a Mailing address!! They are flakey, irresponsible, and very dishonest. I hope that this will save many people their precious time and money...and on a lighter note I called another company to come fix the pool. Adams Independent Pool and Spa and they have been FABULOUS!
