Brought in several reams of printed material to be spiral bound into 8 volumes--very fast and courteous service!

If I send a 3 page fax shouldn't I get a transmittal sheet that indicates 3 pages have gone through? Very stressful. It was a time sensitive matter. Now I have to find a new place to use in the future. Very unfortunate since you are so close to my home.

On 11/20 I went in to send a 3 page fax. The transmittal said the 3rd page went through ok, but page 1&2 check readablility. I asked the girl to resend it. She assured me it was readable and was ok. On the 24th I called the company I was faxing to and was told they only received one page, it was the 3rd page of my fax. On the 24th I went back and was telling the young man there what happened and I was disappointed because I had asked it to be sent again. He took it off the counter and said he could resend it. I didn't have a chance to change the date or take off the 3rd page. I felt like he didn't want to listen to me. This time the transmital said there was a readable problem with pages 1 and 3, so he took page 1 and sent it. He told me it must be a bad fax number. I said I verified it was the right number. He looked outside and asked if we were having bad weather. I said no but the fax is going to Texas. Why didn't the first girl just resend the fax?
