I ordered a watch from their site. I ordered both the tag and the watch together, a cost of $95+shipping and handling. The watch stopped working after two months. I emailed customer service twice with no reply. I recently went online to buy a new watch face to repair the bracelet myself. It cost $3.95. This business takes advantage of the fact that there are no other ""fashionable"" med id bracelets and charges incredibly high prices for cheap products. I suggest ordering just a tag from them and making your own bracelet
