Capital Electric Line Builders broke my windshield. They had unsecured cargo on one of their trailers and I ended up with a broken windshield. The driver called his supervisor who came out to where it happened. He told me that it wasnt the first time that they had broken a windshield and that their insurance would replace it. Now they are trying to say that they werent responsible and that they wont fix it. I have a witness who saw what happened and was there when the supervisor said that it had happened before and that they would replace my windshield. CELB are liars and worse.
