No one answering the phone i have to complain about the letter carrier currently delivering here..

Customer service manager,

Ray(i believe) was no help!! He upset me so much with his lack of concern. I am curious to know if USPS has customer service training prior to rep going on his own to assist the general public. Both USPS office are lacking direction n being proactive to eliminate reviews like mine. No options at all given even after Mgr. Ray accepted somewhat

their mistake n i did as well but still no option.

it is too long to type on this review but i do intend to correspond above and beyond branches management. From walking into ur colorado to california branch there is such a lack of assisting the individual because at thd end of the day your agency needs me n the general public to maintain employment. All im saying is to be proactive and even if the customer doesn't ask a question, consider yourself as that person and what would you ask U need to give 110% of support or assistance. I am still baffled at the whole issue n it blows me away as how easy it is to wash away n walk away from a customers concern.
