When all the stars align and car buying becomes a perfect experience it is incumbent on me to tell why. It started with Ismael and Anthony who greeted me with smiles and a handshake. They help me zero in on the right car and explained details about it and the buying process. Matt the sale manager explained how I could use my GMC as a trade-in. This is usually a part of car buying I hate the most. He explained the process and we agreed on the details of my trade-in. I was very comfortable with my decision and am glad we worked it into the deal. Lisa Garcia and Mark Borsack made it easy with financing and making sure the car was detailed and ready for me to pickup.
