Provided by YP.comJust made my second call to Onic's for a Flat Screen TV with "garbled" sound. Left a recorded message and call was returned within 5 min. Six years ago Onic repaired a projection TV of which he was able to know the problem before he arrived on scene.
Service is prompt and he certainly knows his business.Would recommend him to everyone!

iAn appointment was scheduled through the warranty company for our television. The appointment was confirmed and accepted by Onics Electronics, and the time window was 8-12pm. We received a phone call 45 minutes before noon on the day of the appointment to advise us they were not coming out for our scheduled appointment. They proceeded to say, the appointment was never confirmed and the appointment was for the following day with the same time window. As the customer, I called directly and heard excuse after excuse from the owner herself. She contradicted herself with her words, and not only was she unprofessional she was extremely rude and condescending in her tone of voice. With service like this, cannot imagine the quality of work they provide at the actual home service visit. For those customers like me, who strive to be treated with respect, be valued as a customer, and the commitment to receive professional service, I would not look to Onics Electronics!

Provided by YP.comRecently my TV started acting up and I was immediately nervous when I thought of having to deal with a TV repair situation, and even contemplated just buying a new TV instead. Finally I called the warranty company and they said they would have a technician contact me. I figured being a warranty claim I would get set on the back-burner. Onic's Electronics called me the same day and scheduled to have a technician out in 5 days. They gave me a time frame of 12-2pm and I expected them sometime after 3pm, like most service companies. The technician was there at 12pm even though we live about 45 mins away, checked the TV and immediately gave me a problem diagnosis. He said he would send the report to the warranty company and I would hear from them in a few days. Sure enough Onic's called me a few days later to touch base and let me know they were still waiting on word from the warranty company. They were on top of everything and I would recommend them to anyone experiencing TV problems.
