If i could give them a negative i would. Worse experience ever and would never recommend this place. On the contrary, i encourage everyone to turn away from this place. Its filthy, the staff is rude, they do what they want, promise beauty and give you the complete opposite. The decorators promise the world and at the end they do as they please. The kitchen is a complete mess and does not have any appliances available to use. We were told we would have appliances and a week before i happened to go to zumba and saw nothing. I obviously went to ask if they would be available for the day of my event and i was told we would not get anything and that they had never told us they would be. And since it was not in the contract that they were not obligated to provide any because it wasn't allowed by the city. So on top of the "discounted" price we had to spend to rent appliances. During my event they decided to give the bar tending job to their own staff when i had hired someone because i was told they would not provide anyone and when my bar tender showed up i had to send him home because their staff would not leave my event and threatened to stop my wedding if i didnt give in. Towards the end of my event an older man with gray hair that also is part of the staff walks into the kitchen and starts giving my guest that were leaving the party food to go. With out asking anyone. He decided, on his own terms, that because there was food left that he should give it away. Not to mention that the bottles and cans that we were recycling and planning on taking with us, he decided to give them away to im assuming one of his staff or family members. When the party was over the bartenders that were provided by the venue had our liquor bottles and tequila bottles that were left over hidden in empty cartons for them. They argued with my dad about us having to leave the beer and soda. To top it all off, the wine that we had provided for our guest, the bar tenders did not give it out and my dad found it around the bar area in sets of 3-4 and in between empty cartons. Probably ready for them to take it home. I have so much to write about this place but these a probably the biggest issues we ran into. Although i do have to admit that Ivan is very helpful and if its in his hands he can help, but his staff is plain nasty, and robbers in my opinion.

Not very well kept up for such a beautiful piece or architecture. Holes in walls. Floor has areas of flooring missing. A/C isn't so good. Plumbing seems to have issues. The parking is acceptable.

Im not sure of how things where there before, but the new staff and manager are very cordial and attentive to detail. i had my wedding there just recently, and i found that i had actually expected less than i was given, on the day of our wedding the manager was around the entire night making sure that we where happy the servers where very polite and well groomed, the dj played most of our favorite music and the food was nothing like other weddings i have been, delicious! my fiance, now wife, loved the look of the place and the decorations that we had for that night.

Stay away. Was considering an event here. There were roaches everywhere, both dead and alive. Staff doesnt use any professionals, just friends and family that they can pay under the table. Just a shady, dirty mess.

unfortunately had an event here.. it is spacious but trouble some the people in charge are not as coordinated and lie. overcharge for things that alredy paid for don't give you what u asked for.. really please stay away.. or just rent the place not their service u will cave your self from many tears,
