When I first got a sweater for my org there they were great but I've gotten other things lately and they mess up my order. I will be graduating recently and took my sashes to get done there. The wait is 3+ weeks and into the 2nd week they called to inform me that they havent started on the embroidery but they cut 5 INCHES off the sash. No explanation on how or why since they havent even started embroidery on them. This is definitely the last time I will be going there!
