Fraudulent activity be very careful I'm out of $1,300 make appointment on Facebook to go to the property take your money then try to throw you out

I have been living at one of their properties for about 2 years..and from the beginning my A/C DIDN'T WORK.... So they sent someone to fix it... He fixed it worked for 1 day and back to not working..So this new person that works for them by the name of robert...seems to actually care ..He got it fixed and still working...and also all my neighbors a/Cs are working something i havent seen since i moved here..also my
Sister. Lives at another of their properties. And her a/C now works...It makes a lot of difference When you have working a/c ...really seems to me some type of change coming...They are actually caring.

I was going to get an apartment here. Apartment C-29 and it was Roach infested after they "infumagated" got the keys killed like 20 roached the same day we got the keys. Found condom wrappers in the bathroom the same day we got the keys.. they had so called "professional" cleaners.. also their "professional" painters.. painted over roach poop /mold and roach feises.. talked to some of the tenants and they said they had a roach problem as well. Tried to get my money back same day no luck.. they gave me a hard time.. the manager blanca was really rude! And so were all the other girls in that I.E rental homes office. And i ended up getting my money back 2 weeks when they wanted to keep it for a month basically .. i got it back because the "manager" blanca left paper work of hers with a higher up rental management than thems phone number that i have been trying to get from them.. it was like a Christmas gift from her lmao.. that the ONLY i thanks her for doing is leaving those papers and i called that number and Brian very HELPFUL NICE RESPECTFUL guy helped me get it back sooner.. that place also is kept so dirty never cleaned they got dirty diapers on the car port areas and the laundry was just as filthy missing a dryer one of the tenants said was stolen and its suppose to be a gated community but the gates are always broken they said.. smh.. im very lucky i got to back out of that place.. just warning anyone else cause it might not be lucky for the next people of they dont know their rights.. inwas lucky to have had my aunts.. that know alot. DO NOT RENT HERE!! A WARNING UNLESS YOU LOVE ROACHES THAN THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!!

From day 1 living in my unit was absolute HELL . there isn't a stable manager so the 1st manager didn't do a walk through with me or gave me a parking permit first week living there car got towed . living there almost a year it literally took them the entire year to fix everything ( apt wasn't ready ) & moving out stuff still isn't fixed . roaches inside & out of unit . all around just total slumlords !! Amber whom works in the office has the snottiest attitude . not to mention they hire & fire maintenance all of the time, the last maintenance installed my heater leaving the instructions & turn off / turn on piece inside causing a wall fire and me almost dying . smh be careful & know your rights !!
