not satisfied with the arrangements i sent for my mother on her birthday and when i called they didn't want to talk to me

I was very disappointed with my wedding bouquet the flowers seem old and dry, my maid of honor had to re-cut the bottom of the flowers...because they were uneven. It was also very expensive. I will not shop there again. They only had nice albums with pictures of bouquets and the lady who helped me was nice, but don't let that fool you.

not sure what was going on in there. 2 girls working, very giddy, smelled like marijuana. also, dirty. just walked out.

Great Place Carrie was very helpful for my anniversary flowers. Nice arrangement.

On Monday, February 12, 2007 byy boyfriend paid and ordered my flowers to be delivered on Wednesday, February 14, 2007, Valentine's Day, but I never received any flowers. I received a call from the flower shop on Thursday morning saying that I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers there that they would like to deliver and they were for Valentine's Day, it is almost 5:00 pm and I still have not received any flowers. I would never recommend anyone to this facility. They are very unreliable.

Absolutly wonderful! I first heard of them after a funeral when I asked about an arrangement, and later my friend had her wedding by them. They have the most beautifull roses ever! I order all my local arrangements through them.

I called flowers with grace at 5pm on a saturday evening for flowers for my fathers funeral on sunday. They were pleasant and knowledgable and delivered without a problem. will use again.

Husband was notified that flowers were not delivered to a church for a for my 19 year old Greatneice's funeral. When I tried to contact shop everyone I talked seemed flustered and could give me no answers. I was told someone would call me and explain what happened, but I have not gotten a call back. I was told the flowers would be delivered to her parents home, but I have no way of knowing if they have or not. There is no e-mail address to send concerns or questions to and get answers in a reasonable amount of time. I flew from IL. to CA and found the Church they were to be delivered to. This shop could not get them down the street with a three day notice!!!
