STAY AWAY!!! This is a small business w/ what seems 3 employees, (Owner, his son, and an office assistant). The Owner, Paul Sr is a ex-cop with a chip on his shoulders. The customer service is very poor. Phone calls returned weeks, not hours. We paid 3 yrs straight in 11/2011. We received a bill 9/15/14 for service from 10/1/14 - 9/30/15. We ignored it since we were paid until end of Oct or early Nov 2014. We tried to close the account , (TODAY), and pay a pro-rate of 14 day. He said no, he wants 12 pmts of $68.50 per month paid 1 time, (NOOO WAY!!!) We tried to cancel and he would not accept a verbal request and said we are bound by his contract. Our contract was only for 3 years and it covered the cost of all equipment. Now he is saying that the equipment is his since we have not been under contract for 3 years. Now we knew he did not know what he is talking about. We are still waiting for a copy of the original contract showing 1) when we started and 2) if there were any hidden clauses showing automatic renewal for 3 years. He threatened us with small claims court. I do not think anybody should use or renew with this lame company. Try VIVENT Alarm. This company is using the same exact equipment as Vivrnt, and is less than $43.00 or $42.99 per month.

Very compeititve and excellent product. The only product I know where your loved on can call and talk right from their pendant! I don't have to worry about my Mother crawling back to the central base unit to talk to someone.

my 82 yr old mother lives alone and fell fracturing her femur. She had to crawl to the phone to get help. With medipendant she now can call and speak from her pendant from anywhere in or out of the house what a relief! great idea
