I lived here for 1 1/2 years. Poor maanagement. When I asked to complain the manager refused to give me a contact number. I was very unhappy there and felt trapped. On top of that they over-charged when I moved out. Worst experience I have ever had with customer service/ management!!

Ok, I first moved here about three years ago and everything was great. Well things have gone for the worse here! The management is horrible here. You can't count on the property manager to resolve any issues that you might have. There is not enough parking for everyone in this complex. In fact people are actually parking in the fire zones! Oh and if you have a pet you will automatically get charge $2,300 when you move out, which is not told to you when you sign your lease. I live in a downstairs apartment and you can hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing, especially if they are running back and forth. I have called the police several times because of the robust noise that goes on here. When brought up to the manager she says " deal with it, you live in apartments." Over all this place is not a good place to live when it does not live up to its name "Canyon Crest Luxury Apartment" The only luxury thing about this place is its price of $1,700!!!! ****Don't rent here******

Poor Management! Noisy- Not enough parking- No respect for residents- Hight Rent!
