Been there a few times due to convenience but this was my last time! Not very knowledgeable of products. Not very helpful and very rude.

1st timer. Upon entering we were greeted by an older Asian woman that followed us throughout the tiny cramped store telling my son that was not touching anything to just look, not touch 6x's. She annoyangly Hovered over us not allowing us to browse the over priced clearly dated old expired product. Rude, crappie, and over priced.

I have been a loyal customer since the day this store opened, several years. While finding their prices very high, it was simply a matter of convenience for me to shop there. For the very first time in years, I was treated horribly by an older cashier that I had not dealt with before. I was buying a VERY expensive hairspray that actually came with a "free sample attached". While the cashier began to ring up my purchase, I presented a coupon for $5 off. In the past I have made MANY, MANY of the SAME product purchases, AND a different cashier would ALWAYS deduct the coupon, but for some reason this cashier refused to take my coupon, saying the price was already discounted and she would NOT accept my $5 off coupon, arguing with me, even raising her voice to me that I was getting a discounted price. I told her I did NOT want the can of hair spray at $24.99 any more, I opted for a smaller can since she was so rude. Well, Beauty Town, you lost a VALUABLE, Long Time Customer!!! I would NOT go back there, even if she gave me a 50% discount. I will take my business where my hard earned money is appreciated, and I am treated well. Save your money, and go some where else. This business DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR RATING!!!!
