Archstone Rip-off

1.) You pay over 1,000$$ for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Apt. You feel suffocated with nowhere to go. 2.)My kids walk home and apparently there is this man who harrasses them.They may have a tennis court, but The man would harrass them through the gate stating remarks About them. 3.)When you complain and there is a problem you have to wait at least 3 DAYS to be helped.My electricty in the bathroom was not working,so i called in and 2 days later, a janitor/custodial played around with it then said I need a professional electrcian. 4.)You have to pay 40$ to use your washer and dryer(which isn't included in the electric bill). 5.)At this particular Apt. There is a lady downstairs that has dozens of CATS.And even though they made it clear they would charge anyone who would feed the cats, she did it anyways.Dozens of kids screaming from at least 3:00 to 6:00, people reporting break-in's.And if you have a clicker to to get in(the gate),you have people who dont even live here who wait until someone who does have one,and follows you in.Close to Sierra M.S. thats good but kids just walk in(throuugh the gate for people on the sidewalk)and use the pool especially during the summer and the springtime.They could some MAJOR improvementsin making this place better.My advice DON'T MOVE INTO ARCHSTONES
