I've been using Angelica's for my business for awhile, and have been happy. I decided to use them for personal and send my sister an arrangement for her birthday as I was out of time and wanted to be there on her day. The flowers did not arrive and I called Angelica's and they said sorry and would be sure they delivered that next day within a couple hours. They still never arrived. I understand that it was an FTD but they never even followed up on the order even after my dissapointment of the flowers not arriving on her birthday. They said they were sorry and would refund my money, but that didn't make up for my sister having nothing on her birthday
