My first impression of this office was when i made my appointment over the phone, I thought the person answering was a little rude but maybe she was having a bad day. When i arrived at the office and spoke to the front deck i realized this is the way the employees treat the patients. We have been back there 3 times and each time it is the same thing so it leads me to believe that this is the norm and not the exception, therefore after pick up my glasses i will not be returning to this office ever again. My money is good anywhere and i want to be treated with the same respect that i gave them.
