H.B. Ward Technical and Academic Center offers a variety of technical and academic programs to students in grades 10 to 12. The center provides programs in agriculture, communications, business, and construction and technology. Its curriculum also includes studies in animal science, art designing, automotive technology, computer networking, dramatic arts and fashion merchandising. The center provides a variety of support services in various areas, including job placement, academic intervention, and career and social work counseling programs. H.B. Ward Technical and Academic Center additionally offers programs in plumbing and heating, practical nursing, wielding, and television, video and digital film production. The center also provides various programs in special career education. H.B. Ward Technical and Academic Center is a part of the Eastern Suffolk BOCES and is located in Riverhead, N.Y.
