I dealt with this company and I am totally regretting this action of mine. I placed a pawn loan that was due on 1/14/2014. I misplaced the ticket and I wasn't sure when the loan was due. I found the ticket on 2/1/14 while cleaning. I quickly went to renew and I was informed my 18k 4 pcs gold was sold. It is very painful because these are of sentimental value to me. I have tried reaching the manager/owner Gary Postell and he is no where to be found. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY,,,
