The staff is always very nice and this business is a valuable part of our community. My patients frequently request that I phone prescriptions to this pharmacy and I can't recall any of them complaining. I live in Riverdale and will not ever fill a perscription at CVS Riverdale. My Doctor phones in my medicine and they don't fill it then they told me that I had picked up a perscription that I hadn't. The one white girl working there was rude when I said I didn't want a generic drug and got loud with me saying it's going to be 20.00. Then I got loud. I don't care what it cost. I HAVE THE MONEY. They are rude and I don't trust them. What happened to the 15 minute wait time? I waited 1/2 hour to get something I wasn't even trying to refill. Had to come back the next day to get a brand drug. I'm finished with them.
